Hungry or Worried About Putting Food on the Table?

Dallas College and the North Texas Food Bank are working together to ensure our students and the community have access to food assistance during the ongoing federal government shutdown.  

We will open two of our food pantries on Saturday, Nov. 8, for Community Pantry Days. The pantries at the Pleasant Grove Center and Mountain View Campus will be open 9 a.m.-5 p.m. No ID is required. 

These dates are in addition to our regular Community Pantry Days (every Friday except college holidays at six campuses) and drive-thru community pantries with the NTFB. 

Campus pantries are open to students 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday. Hours vary at our community centers.

If you need additional support besides food, please fill out the Student Care Referral Form so our staff can connect you with the right services.

Want To Help Out?

We have boxes set up to collect food donations during our Pack the Pantry promotion at each of our campuses and centers. You can also give online through our pantries’ Amazon wish lists. Visit DallasCollege.edu/Pack for details about what to donate and where.
