When Dallas College hosted the ASME EFx competition at Richland Campus on April 10-11, one team learned more than just how to design, build and race a vehicle. Dallas College Richland men's basketball's Jase Tarver was named a National Junior College Athletic Association Division III First Team All-American.

Dallas College Cedar Valley women's basketball's Tynia Minnitt was named a National Junior College Athletic Association Division III Third Team All-American.

Dallas College Eastfield's Braydon Campbell was named a National Junior College Athletic Association Division III Third Team All-American. Harvester Bees teammate Martez James was chosen as an Honorable Mention All-American.

Dallas College Mountain View women's basketball's Jourdan Jones was named a National Junior College Athletic Association Division III Honorable Mention All-American.

Dallas College students took learning beyond the classroom March 25–29, traveling through Mississippi, Alabama and Georgia for the Historical Legacy Tour.

For many students, college is more than classes and grades — it’s about finding your people. For some members of Phi Theta Kappa at Dallas College, that sense of community, recently led to international recognition for leadership and service. Last week, 60 students, 15 advisors and two administrators from Dallas College traveled to Baltimore, Maryland, for the international PTK Catalyst 2026 convention.
