Need help paying for college? In addition to financial aid, you may be able to take advantage of scholarships or veterans educational benefits, or get a part- or full-time job.

The Dallas College Foundation offers over 300 scholarships based on academic excellence, achievement, leadership, goals and/or other factors.

Dallas College Promise

Dallas College Promise covers the cost of tuition at any of the seven campuses of Dallas College for up to three years or the completion of an associate degree.

Good Neighbor Program

A Phi Theta Kappa stands outside the arena wearing her regalia The Good Neighbor Program provides tuition assistance to students from countries in the Western Hemisphere (excluding Cuba and the United States) who demonstrate financial need and academic promise. This program covers tuition costs at Dallas College for one 12-month period.

You must meet the eligibility requirements of the scholarship to receive aid.

Submit your complete application by Feb. 1 to be considered for the following academic year.

*The Dallas College Scholarship Office will notify you about your selection status by late spring or summer through your Dallas College student email.

Emergency Aid Fund

The Emergency Aid Fund helps Dallas College students who may be at risk of quitting college because of a financial emergency.
