Community and Drive-Thru Pantry Days

Thanks to Dallas College and North Texas Food Bank, community members can access free food on campus during “Community Pantry” and “Drive-Thru Pantry” days. There is no need to register for either event.

Drive-Thru Pantry days are when community members can drive through campus and pick up free groceries, including fresh produce and milk. Drive-Thru Pantry is first come, first served.

Drive-Thru Pantry days may be rescheduled or cancelled due to inclement weather conditions. The latest delivery information will be shared through Dallas College social media.

Fridays are Community Pantry Days, which means the food pantries based on campus are open to everyone (not just students) to shop for free!

Please note: El Centro Campus does not participate in Community Pantry Days.

Cedar Valley: Please note that the food pantry at Cedar Valley has been temporarily relocated to N1017.

North Lake: Please note that the food pantry at North Lake is temporarily closed.

Get Free Fresh Food

Local grocery stores provide perishable food — such as fresh fruits and vegetables, bread and milk — for the Eastfield Campus and Pleasant Grove Center pantries.

Students and community members can sign up to receive text notifications when perishable food is available at these locations. Text CARE to 469-262-2009.
