Requesting Your Transcript From Dallas College
Transcripts are available to all Dallas College students and alumni who have taken courses for credit.
If you are a Continuing Education (CE) student, please follow the instructions for requesting a CE transcript or visit the Admissions Office at your campus for more information or assistance.
How to Request Your Transcript
Credit Students Enrolled in Fall 2025
If you were enrolled in the Fall 2025 term, you can request transcripts by logging into your Workday account. Please note that faculty have until Dec. 18 to submit final grades. Grades will need to be processed before transcripts are available beginning Jan. 5, 2026.
Credit Students Enrolled Prior to Fall 2025
If your last enrollment date was prior to Fall 2025, you can request an electronic or paper transcript through GreenLight (electronic transcripts are free) or Parchment (paper transcripts are $5).
Important Information About Transcript Requests
- You can visit the Admissions/Registrar’s Office at any Dallas College campus to request a paper or electronic transcript. A photo ID is required.
- We do not accept phone requests for transcripts.
- By state law, all students must select a program of study. You must choose a program by the time you complete 45 credit hours, or you will not be eligible for an official transcript.
