Requesting Your Transcript From Dallas College
Transcripts are available to all Dallas College students and alumni who have taken courses for credit.
How you request your transcript will depend on when you were enrolled and whether you are a credit or continuing education (CE) student.
CE Students
If you are a CE student, please contact the Admissions Office at your campus for information about requesting a transcript.
Credit Students Enrolled in Fall 2025
If you are enrolled for Fall 2025, you are able to request transcripts by logging in to your Workday account. Please note that this request may take up to five business days to be processed as we transition to a new student information system.
Credit Students Enrolled Prior to Fall 2025
Credit students whose last enrollment date at Dallas College was prior to Fall 2025 can request an electronic or paper transcript through GreenLight (electronic) or Parchment (print).
Types of Transcripts Available
- Request electronic transcripts through GreenLight (free)
- Request paper transcripts through Parchment ($5 cost)

Visit the Admissions/Registrar’s Office at any Dallas College campus with questions about transcripts or to request your (paper or electronic) transcript in person. A photo ID is required.
Important Details:
- Phone requests for transcripts are not accepted.
- By state law, all students must select a program of study. You must choose a program by the time you complete 45 credit hours, or you will not be eligible for an official transcript.
