The Dallas College Contact Center is your go-to resource for quick, reliable answers to basic questions – without waiting in the virtual queue.
While the virtual queue connects you to specialized departments for more in-depth assistance such as registration, the Contact Center answers questions like, “What’s the status of my application?” or “Has my financial aid been processed?”

- Fri: 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
Virtual Queue Service Hours
- Mon-Fri: 8 a.m. - Midnight
