Whether you want to reserve a time for in-person services at one of our campuses or join our virtual line for enrollment and registration services, we have options that work best for you.

In-Person Services Queue

Reserve your time by clicking on the links below for the campus and service you want to access. We’ll send you a text with an estimated wait time as well as a reminder message 15 minutes before your start time. If needed, you will have the ability to ask for more time to arrive.

Virtual Enrollment and Registration Services Queue

Have Simple Questions You Need Answered Fast?

The Dallas College Contact Center is your go-to resource for quick, reliable answers to basic questions – without waiting in the virtual queue.

While the virtual queue connects you to specialized departments for more in-depth assistance such as registration, the Contact Center answers questions like, “What’s the status of my application?” or “Has my financial aid been processed?”

In-Person Service Hours

  • Mon-Thurs: 8 a.m.-7 p.m.
  • Fri: 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

 

Virtual Queue Service Hours

  • Mon-Fri: 8 a.m. - Midnight

Note: The virtual queue closes when it reaches the day’s maximum capacity.
