Coming July 15: Atlas Is Here to Help
Starting July 15, you'll notice a new virtual assistant named Atlas when you connect with Dallas College online.
Atlas is designed to help you get answers faster by identifying your question and connecting you with the Dallas College office or team best equipped to assist you. This helps ensure your request reaches the right people quickly and can reduce the time spent waiting for support.
Need to speak with someone directly? No problem. You can still request assistance from a live Dallas College staff member at any time.
We're excited to introduce Atlas and make it easier to get the help you need.
Have Simple Questions You Need Answered Fast?
The Dallas College Contact Center is your go-to resource for quick, reliable answers to basic questions – without waiting in the virtual queue.
While the virtual queue connects you to specialized departments for more in-depth assistance such as registration, the Contact Center answers questions like, “What’s the status of my application?” or “Has my financial aid been processed?”

- Fri: 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
Virtual Queue Service Hours
- Mon-Fri: 8 a.m. - Midnight
