The Partners in Advancing Talent in Healthcare (PATH) Grant, funded by U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), is designed to strengthen the healthcare workforce across North Texas while expanding access to high-quality career opportunities for students. PATH is ideal for students who are motivated to build or advance a career in healthcare.

Career Pathways
PATH supports a wide range of healthcare programs across credit and continuing education pathways at Dallas College, including but not limited to:
- Nursing (RN-BSN, Surgical Technology, Radiologic Sciences)
- Patient care and other entry-level roles (CNA, Patient Care Technician, EMT)
- Diagnostic and technical fields (EKG, Phlebotomy, MRI, CT, Vascular Interventional)
- Allied Health and support roles (Medical Assisting, Pharmacy Tech, Sterile Processing)
- Specialized areas (Respiratory Therapy, Cardiovascular Technology, Biotechnology)

Enrollment Requirements
To participate in PATH, students must:
- Be enrolled at Dallas College
- Be accepted into an eligible healthcare pathway program
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Complete the PATH Eligibility Form
What Else Should I Know?
- Tuition and books are covered, but some fees, supplies and certification costs are not included
- All other Dallas College admission requirements and program-specific requirements must be completed prior to eligibility
