Safety & Supervision
Students are supervised by trained instructors, faculty, and approved program staff at all times.
Yes. All staff must meet Dallas College youth safety and compliance requirements before working with summer camp participants.
Each campus follows established emergency response and safety procedures. Campus police officers and nursing infirmary staff are available on-site. Parents will be notified immediately by the program facilitator in the event of an emergency.
Parents provide medical information during registration via liability forms. This information is shared with program facilitators and the Dallas College Summer Camp Program Team. Staff follow approved procedures to support student safety.
Programs follow established youth conduct policies. Concerns are first addressed through the organization hosting the camp. Recurring issues are escalated to the Dallas College Summer Camp Program Team.
Registration and Payment
Registration remains open until May 31 or until a camp reaches capacity. Registration opens March 2nd.
If a Dallas College camp is at capacity, you will see an out-of-stock message during registration. Contact the program facilitator directly to join a waitlist. For Community Camps and Sports Camps, contact the program facilitator for waitlist availability.
Payment plans are not available. Contact the Summer Camp Program Team at SummerCampInfo@DallasCollege.edu with payment questions. For Sports and Community Camps, contact the program facilitator directly.

Camp fees are refundable under limited approved circumstances. Contact the Summer Camp Program Team or the camp facilitator to submit a request for review. Please review all program details fully before enrolling.
Daily Camp Logistics
Parents will receive a supply list and preparation instructions from the program facilitator before camp begins. All campers receive a Dallas College Summer Camp t-shirt, water bottle, and backpack.
Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes appropriate for camp activities.
Some programs offer snacks or lunches. Contact the camp facilitator for details specific to your program.
Drop-off and pick-up instructions are provided by the program facilitator before camp begins. Late pickup policies vary by program. Review guidelines from your facilitator.
No. Parents are responsible for student drop-off and pick-up. Parking instructions will be provided before camp starts.
Accessibility and Student Support
Yes. Dallas College supports inclusive programming. Parents should share accommodation needs during registration so program facilitators can prepare appropriate support.
Yes. Parents must provide proper documentation and follow program medical procedures as outlined during registration.
