The RMC program at Dallas College helped me in my life in the retail workforce. Even though I have spent 15 years working in retail in various leadership roles, the RMC program gave me new points of view and illustrated for me the reasons why many things are done. The things I learned after going through this program help me every day. I would recommend this program to anyone who is looking to better understand the retail workforce.
I learned that many everyday things we do have specific ties to other parts of retail that are not always obvious, and this program demonstrates these aspects and broadens your knowledge in practical ways. I am glad I went through this program, and I believe I have a brighter future in retail because of it.
