Being here really helped me open my eyes into what the dance field could do for you. Most of the time we have misconceptions about not truly knowing that the dance can be a career or how to get to the point where it can be a career. And I feel like here at Dallas College they really gave you those tools. Dallas College is helping me tremendously continue my dance career after high school. It's opened many doors into many different styles of dance that I've yet to learn.

Dance is a language. It's it's the same as if you were learning French or English. It's just another way of expression. And when your body language is able to go to another dimension and to open up space to movements that you've never done, it's very liberating.

It's really interesting because you get to have knowledge from all different aspects of life. People of all different ages and different backgrounds come to dance here as well. So you get to learn a little bit from each about them and take that story with you to the next. Think of your life so it's really it's really awesome.
