Good Standing Form

In accordance with federal regulations governing Title IX and student educational records, a request for verification of good standing conduct is provided to college or university, organization, government agency, business or employer.

A Dallas College student conduct record may be submitted by completing the required information on the Good Standing Conduct form and uploading the official document from the requesting party.

By submitting this request, you voluntarily authorize Dallas College to disclose information from your student disciplinary records, maintained as part of your educational records, to the requesting party, consistent with applicable federal and state law.
