Media relations efforts include:
- placement of collegewide news
- chancellor’s activities
- service as liaison for news between the campuses of Dallas College and area news media representatives in newspaper, radio and print
- crisis communications
- collegewide source of public information for reporters and editors.
Media relations also provides writing and editing expertise for other areas in marketing and communications, governmental relations and the chancellor’s office, as well as the source for several newsletters and publications.
