Free earn and learn opportunity for young adults age 18-24 to work in a paid internship while earning a customer service
certificate.
This program offers training designed to equip students with necessary skills to succeed in customer service, client service or call center positions. Students will complete the 16-week program while also getting job experience by working in a paid customer service-related internship with Dallas College.

Make $15.38/hr on average
Students in the program will earn $15.38/hour. Upon completion of the program, median salaries in the DFW area are $17.60/hour.
Eligibility Requirements
Entrants to the program must be 18-24 years old, authorized to work in the United States and be a resident of Dallas County.
Ready to Start
This 16-week earn and learn training program begins Sept. 12, 2022. Class time is 1-4 p.m. Monday-Friday, and students have the option to work before class from 9 a.m.-noon or after class from 4:30-8:30 p.m. Monday-Friday. Students will be paid $15.38/hour for the time they are working. They are not paid during class time.
