In this workshop, reflect on how food contributes to physical, emotional and social well-being, and visualize your personal food wellness goals through creative expression.

By the end of the session, you will be able to identify how food impacts your energy, mood and overall wellness and learn how the Dallas College food pantries can contribute to your goals.
