As we observe Disability Awareness Month, join Accessibility Services for a session on supporting Deaf students in the classroom. 

“Deafness, Interpreters and Accommodations, Oh My! Building a Foundation for Supporting Deaf Students and Collaborating With Interpreters” is presented by Jordan Ward and Illona Smith, American Sign Language interpreters.

Learn about Deaf culture, accommodations, the role of interpreters and effective ways to collaborate with interpreters to promote communication, access and student success.
