Event: MVC Gallery Reavivar Closing Day

  • Thursday, July 02, 2026
  • 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

  • Mountain View Campus
    4849 W. Illinois Ave., Dallas TX 75211

Dallas College’s Gallery Program, part of the School of Creative Arts, Entertainment, and Design (CAED), is pleased to announce Reavivar located in the Cliff Gallery at our Mountain View Campus.

This group exhibition will be a celebration of Hispanic and Latino Dallas College alumni artists that have donated to our Permanent Art Collection. In the spirit of Reavivar—meaning “to revive” or “to rekindle”—each artist’s work from the Permanent Collection will be paired with a more recent piece, highlighting their growth as professionals within the community while rekindling their connection to Dallas College Galleries. This show will serve as an inspiration for our younger students-- displaying the possibilities of their future careers in the arts. Participating artists include Alvaro Arroliga, Carlos Donjuan, Lucas Martell, Tina Medina, Adriana Martinez Mendoza, Eliana Miranda, and Patricia Rodriguez.

Across our seven main campuses, Dallas College’s galleries are committed to presenting innovative exhibitions that feature both local and nationally recognized artists, as well as the remarkable creations of our students and faculty.

Exhibitions run June 1 – July 2. Campus Galleries are open Monday – Friday, 10am-4pm.

Location: Mountain View Campus, Bldg, W, Room 136
