Attendees will walk the track on campus and identify the benefits of walking each day. The track takes about a half hour to complete. |

Meditation Monday 11/17
Join CAPS for a mindful moment of meditation on a Monday. CAPS counselor Aubrey Webster will provide 1hr of guided mindfulness meditation. Workshop will begin with short explanation of mindfulness and end with questions and short discussion. Join in person or virtually. Drop in when you can, can come late and leave early if needed.
