World Suicide Prevention Day
Marked on September 10 each year, the purpose of WSPD is to raise awareness, challenge the stigma and encourage open conversations to prevent suicides. Changing the narrative of suicide means shifting to a culture of openness, understanding and support. Counselors will walk around and visit departments on campus to promote awareness.
