Students can take a break from finals and recharge through creativity. Join us for a relaxing art session designed to reduce stress, promote mindfulness, and provide a supportive space to unwind and connect with others.

This event is hosted by Dallas College Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS). CAPS provides free mental health counseling services to Dallas College students. World Suicide Prevention Day : Thursday, Sept. 10 - 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Marked on September 10 each year, the purpose of WSPD is to raise awareness, challenge the stigma and encourage open conversations to prevent suicides. Changing the narrative of suicide means shifting to a culture of openness, understanding and support. Counselors will walk around and visit departments on campus to promote awareness.
