Take a much-needed pause during Finals Week and recharge in a calming, supportive environment designed to help reduce stress and promote well-being. Participants can engage in relaxing activities such as coloring, creating mandalas, listening to soothing music, or simply taking a moment to sit, breathe, and reset. The event will also include light snacks, relaxation tips, and a brief presentation focused on stress management strategies for Adult Learners and First-Time-in-College (FTIC) students.
Location: In-Person Learning Commons, BHC
This event is hosted by Dallas College Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS). CAPS provides free mental health counseling services to Dallas College students.
