We'll tackle the stress, anxiety, and pressure to be 'perfect' online, and help you find a balance that works for you. This isn't just another workshop. It's a chance to connect, vent, and learn how to thrive in the digital world.

Did you know suicide is a leading cause of death across multiple age groups, and is the second leading cause of death for ages 20-34? We'll discuss risk factors, protective factors, and warning signs related to suicide and how to connect to care if you think someone may be struggling. Participants will learn about on-campus and community resources for mental health and well-being.
