Graduate Guest Ticket Instructions

Please note that the images below are test tickets. The information on the tickets sent to you will be specific to you and the day/time of the graduation ceremony you RSVP’d for.

Ticket Instructions

  1. STEP 1:
    Graduates will receive their digital guest tickets via the email address provided on their RSVP. Once received, click on the button that says, “Get Ticket(s).” The link will take you online to your tickets.

  2. STEP 2:
    You can download the tickets and print them out for your guests. Otherwise, to send e-tickets directly to guests, click on “Transfer Tickets” at the top left.

  3. STEP 3:
    Select tickets you want to transfer by checking box in upper right corner of each ticket.

  4. STEP 4:
    Ticket will turn blue with a blue check mark once selected.

  5. STEP 5:
    Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the ‘Complete Transfer’ button (this will also show you how many tickets were selected for this transfer).

  6. STEP 6:
    Fill in all form areas (Sender Name, Recipient Name, Recipient Email, Note) and check the box.

  7. STEP 7:
    Once areas of form are filled, click the “Transfer Tickets” button. (Tickets can only be transferred once. )

Additional Information

ITEMS TO NOTE: 

  • Please distribute guest tickets before the day of the ceremony.
  • To enter, guests may either show a print out of the ticket with the QR code or pull it up on their mobile device.
  • Graduates do not need a ticket.
  • All guests, regardless of age, will require a ticket for entrance.
  • Each ticket can only be scanned once. If a second person tries to enter with it after the QR Code has already been scanned, the system will alert the ticket scanner and entrance for the guest will be denied.
  • Do not lose your tickets as they cannot be replaced.
  • Tickets are free of charge. You may gift any you will not use to other graduates. However, they should not be sold!
  • Service is spotty at the Culwell Center. It’s recommended that you download, transfer or print tickets prior to your arrival.
