Interactive Resource Tables:

Discover resources from community partners and campus departments.

Visit resource tables representing all 8 Dimensions of Wellness to collect stamps toward a free lunch. Earn a bonus stamp by attending a workshop – then redeem it for a limited-edition swag item!

Workshops:

  • 10:30 a.m. - Movement Is Medicine: Explore resistance training and mobility with Health Services and Promotion.
  • 10:30 a.m. - Sexual Health: Expand your knowledge of sexual health and wellness with Healthy Futures of Texas.
  • Noon - Food for Thought: Grab lunch and feed your mind with this lively Lunch and Learn workshop from Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS). Enjoy bite-size insights on a mental health topic. Come curious, leave inspired, and enjoy a complimentary lunch.
