Dr. Grant Ferguson is co-author of “Government and Politics in the Lone Star State.” His expertise includes American politics, elections, public opinion and civic engagement.

Dr. Thomas E. Patterson 
Bradlee Professor of Government and the Press
Harvard University, Kennedy School of Government

Dr. Thomas E. Patterson is a leading scholar of American politics, media and democracy. He is the author of several influential books and the widely used government textbook “We the People,” helping generations of students better understand government, elections and civic participation.
