Mental Health Awareness Month

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and we’re hosting events all month to let you know it’s Okay to Say. We hope these events make you feel comfortable enough to have open and honest conversations about mental health with friends, family members, teachers, and mentors. These conversations can lead to support, hope and recovery.

If you are suffering from mental health issues, you don’t have to go through them alone. Developing a network of supporters – made up of friends, family, and clinicians – can play a pivotal role in your recovery.

Events will also be recorded and available here (starting June 1) if you cannot attend.
