Dallas College Logo Lights Up Downtown in Honor of 60th Anniversary

Sixty years ago, Dallas College opened its doors and since then we’ve helped shape the futures of more than 3 million students and the broader Dallas County community. This milestone deserves a celebration worthy of everything we've built together. 

To mark our 60th anniversary, our Dallas College logo was projected onto the exterior of the Omni Dallas Hotel in downtown on Thursday, Feb. 26. It was a visual tribute to six decades of living our mission of transforming lives and communities through higher education. 

The Omni Dallas Hotel is a key industry partner in our arts, culinary and hospitality programs, so we’re grateful for this honor. It symbolizes the strength of our partnership and our continued role as a downtown anchor, connecting education, industry and opportunity.
