Dallas College Louis Burrell Recognized as 2026 Chief Human Resources Officer of the Year by Phenom HR Awards

DALLAS – Louis Burrell, chief human resources officer at Dallas College, has been named the 2026 Chief Human Resources Officer of the Year by the Phenom HR Awards. The global recognition program, in its fifth year, celebrates organizations and individuals that are transforming human resources through groundbreaking applications of artificial intelligence (AI) and automation. Burrell receives the honor for his visionary leadership and innovation in human resources.

This award reflects the dedication of our HR professionals and culture champions who work every day to ensure employees feel inspired to do their best work.
