Dallas College counselor Nykesha White, who's own positive experience with therapy inspired a career in counseling, is a member of the Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) team at Mountain View Campus. White provides free mental health support to students facing personal, emotional, and academic challenges. She highlights the importances of counseling during the transition to college and encourages students to take advantage of the resources available to them.
