Seniors at Dallas County Promise high schools may be eligible to earn a certificate, associate degree or bachelor’s degree at no cost!

The Dallas College Promise scholarship program covers any gap between state and federal aid to make sure your tuition is fully covered. Family income limits may apply.

Choose from 100+ degree or certificate programs. Promise benefits may transfer to four-year university partners.

New Students: Eligibility and How to Apply

Class of 2025 seniors must attend a Promise high school to be eligible for the program. Students starting Fall 2025 must have a household income below $75,000.
