Refunds for Continuing Education Classes
Effective Monday, Oct. 5, we will have new student services hours for students seeking assistance through the contact center, virtual chat, or visiting a campus. View the New Hours.
You can ask to withdraw from a continuing education class either verbally or in writing.
We will refund your tuition and mandatory fees according to the following refund schedule:
- Before the first day of class: 100%
- During the first two class days: 80%
- After the second class day: none
If we cancel the class, we will issue you a 100% refund. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process.
Continuing Education/Workforce Training reserves the right to change instructors after the schedule is printed. Such changes are not grounds for a refund. Enrollment in a series constitutes one class.
