Alternative Spring Break
Turn your spring break into an opportunity to give back!
Engage in hands-on community service, leadership-building and relationship-building, while positively impacting communities across Waco, Houston, and Galveston.
What You'll Do:
Participate in service projects that make a real difference in each community on this trip.
Two Experiences Available
Local Experience: March 16–17 – Dallas & Waco (overnight in Waco)
- Shorter option with hands-on service and a taste of adventure
Regional Adventure: March 16–20 – Waco, Galveston & Houston
- Weeklong out-of-town service projects
- Cultural experiences and local explorations
What’s Included In Each Trip
- All travel, lodging, meals, entertainment, and service supplies covered, including admission to orientation site and lunch
Requirements
- Attend ASB Orientation – Friday, March 6, in person at Heard Natural Science Museum & Wildlife Sanctuary (9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.)
- Attend ASB Impact Reception & Luncheon – Tuesday, March 24, in-person (11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.), Eastfield Campus (transportation and lunch will be provided for both)
Participation is competitive. Apply by December 11, 2025.
