Eating On Campus

​​​​​​W​​e know you're busy with school and with life. Our on-campus food options will keep you fed, whether you're in a rush to get to your next class or you just want to take a break and relax with friends while enjoying a meal.

SUBWAY® at Brookhaven is closed during summer. Regular hours will resume in August.

SUBWAY® is located on the second floor of the Student Services Center, Building S, in the TreeTop Café. SUBWAY® offers foot-long and six-inch sandwiches that are made to order. Also on the menu are the following items: pizza, soup, salads, hot dogs, nachos, chips, freshly-baked cookies, coffee and soft drinks.

The North Lake campus has a SUBWAY® on the lower level of the K Building, facing the lake and the Student Life Center. The cafeteria is also stocked with snack and drink vending machines.

The Richland campus SUBWAY® is located in El Paso Hall in the center of campus and offers the full menu of SUBWAY® lunch and breakfast sandwiches, salads and pizza. Fountain drinks, iced tea and coffee are also available.

Bookstore & Café

The Richland Campus Bookstore & Café is located on the lower level of Sabine Hall on the west side of campus. The bookstore offers a wide variety of snacks, beverages and quick-service meals. The café offers Starbucks coffees and specialty beverages, pastries, breakfast sandwiches, snacks and a variety of prepackaged salads and sandwiches, as well as catering.
