Kimberlin Nino Diaz

Hi, my name is Kimberlin, but I like to be called Kim.

I have a passion for business and aspire to pursue a career in the field.

I joined Ascender because I wanted to develop my leadership skills and build meaningful connections with others. Since becoming part of this incredible program, I’ve had the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally.

Ascender has provided me with a supportive community where I can learn, challenge myself, and step outside my comfort zone. The friendships I’ve made here are invaluable, and the experiences have already shaped me in ways I never expected.

I’m grateful to be part of a program that encourages growth, leadership, and connection.

I can’t wait to see how much more I will learn and achieve with Ascender!

“Going back to college was another challenge for myself though. I was in college for a semester before I joined the military and it had been 7 years since I had taken college course. This made it challenging to take on school again.”
