Parents Thrive is a summer wellness program designed for student parents and their children. This family‑friendly program includes hands‑on nutrition activities, healthy snack demonstrations, MyPlate art projects, and fun wellness games that promote bonding and healthy habits.

Workshop will begin with short explanation of mindfulness and end with questions and short discussion. Join in person or virtually. Drop in when you can, can come late and leave early if needed.
