Students will walk out of class with a written outline of their plan to achieve their desired goals by following the SMART framework which will be taught in class.
This event is hosted by Dallas College Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS). CAPS provides free mental health counseling services to Dallas College students. Attendees will walk the track on campus and identify the benefits of walking each day. The track takes about a half hour to complete.
