Students will learn about the stages of the grieving process and develop strategies for coping with loss. This course will cover topics of self-care and how to support the bereaved.

Location:  Cedar Valley Campus - Virtual 

This event is hosted by Dallas College Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS). CAPS provides free mental health counseling services to Dallas College students.
