This workshop introduces effective learning and study strategies for college success. Students will learn practical techniques to improve academic performance and prepare for exams.

Stress Shake-Off: Welcome Week Dance Break : Wednesday, Sept. 16 - noon - 1 p.m.
This active wellness session uses line dancing to introduce movement-based stress reduction. Students complete a brief embodied check-in before and after the activity to build awareness of how physical movement affects mental and emotional well-being.
