Relax, Reflect, Rejuvenate all you need to do to help master finals. Come and drop in for soothing music, coloring pages, breathing exercises, information on sleep and other coping methods to have you ready for Finals. Take information with you along with snacks and drinks.

Location:  El Centro Campus - Room B269

This event is hosted by Dallas College Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS). CAPS provides free mental health counseling services to Dallas College students.
