This workshop addresses anxiety, burnout, obsession, and performance pressure. Utilizing the movie, K-Pop Demon Hunters, as a guide, we will discuss the characters finding healing, not in perfection, but community, honesty, and shared purpose--echoing broader conversations around mental wellness in idol culture and everyday life.

World Suicide Prevention Day : Thursday, Sept. 10 - 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Marked on September 10 each year, the purpose of WSPD is to raise awareness, challenge the stigma and encourage open conversations to prevent suicides. Changing the narrative of suicide means shifting to a culture of openness, understanding and support. Counselors will walk around and visit departments on campus to promote awareness.

Improve games will be used to increase communication skills, while developing confidence towards social interactions. Students will explore common social challenges by working through improv scenes based on common scenarios.
