Focus: Mindfulness For Student Success : Tuesday, Sept. 01 - 10 a.m. - 11 a.m.
This classroom presentation will allow students to practice and understand why mindfulness can help us become better equipped to manage distractions and help increase focus.

Walk with a Counselor : Wednesday, Sept. 02 - 9 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.
Provide an opportunity for students to walk the El Centro campus with the counselor, weather permitting.
