Learn how to bounce back and have a positive outlook. Students, staff, and faculty are welcome to join in the 5-session series by CAPS Counselor Sijoon Jang to find out more. 5 pillars of resilience (self-awareness, mindfulness, self-care, positive relationships, and purpose) will guide you along.
