Learn to practice self-care in the moment, when you need it the most! By engaging in gentle yoga poses and mindful movements that are designed to be done anywhere, anytime to promote mind-body connection, get centered, feel a sense of calm, or a boost of energy to keep moving forward.

Location: North Lake Campus - Room H226

This event is hosted by Dallas College Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS). CAPS provides free mental health counseling services to Dallas College students.
