An Orbit Talk in collaboration with CAPS
Join us for The Great Escape from Stress, an engaging and supportive Orbit Talk designed to help students identify common sources of stress and discover practical strategies to manage it effectively. This event will promote well-being and resilience through open discussion, guided reflection, and expert insight.
We’re excited to welcome Ms. Cherrender Haynes, MA, LPC-S, a licensed professional counselor and guest speaker from Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS), who will share valuable tools for reducing stress and fostering mental wellness.
