Enrollment Checklist

The following checklist is for use by students enrolled in Dual Credit, ECHS, P-TECH and T-STEM programs. All steps should be completed prior to enrollment in dual credit courses. Please note there are deadlines for enrollment.
Your Dallas College success coach will be reaching out to you soon. Please check your email for an introduction message from your assigned success coach.

1. Dallas College Admissions Application	www1.dcccd.edu/stuapp/ High School Student Dual Credit application
2. eConnect	Setup eConnect account. Write down username and password.
3. Pre-Assessment Activity	PAA activity must be completed on eConnect prior to taking the TSI. PAA completion can be verified on eConnect (My Advising Report).
4. Enrollment Forms	Complete the Electronic Enrollment Packet. Check your email for link. Complete FERPA form through eConnect. Link available in welcome letter. The enrollment packet must be completed every academic year.
5. Placement Testing	Complete TSI assessment, or Submit eligible exemption or waiver documentation A TSI score or qualifying exemption or waiver must be on file in order to register for courses.
6. Proof of Bacterial Meningitis Compliance	Meningitis vaccination is required to register for classes held at a physical Dallas College campus. Vaccination must have been received within five years of the day of classes. Vaccination record can be uploaded through Med+Proctor.
