Demonstrating a deep and enduring commitment to downtown Dallas, regional economic mobility and expanded access to education, Dallas College has determined to enter into exclusive negotiations with a development group led by Matthews to advance its landmark downtown development project, an initiative that will transform its historic El Centro Campus into a next-generation campus and knowledge district along the Austin Street corridor.

For a group of 10 Dallas College students, a week in London this May was far more than a study abroad experience. It was a hands-on introduction to future careers in law, politics and criminal justice.

On May 19-22, Dallas College students stepped beyond their campuses and into the pine-lined setting of Camp Cho-Yeh at Carolina Creek in Huntsville for the annual Summer Student Leadership Retreat. Centered on the ongoing theme of “Soar Beyond Limits: Where Resilient Leaders Take Flight,” the experience blended leadership development, outdoor adventure and meaningful connection.
