Utilizing the movie, K-Pop Demon Hunters, as a guide, we will discuss the characters finding healing, not in perfection, but community, honesty, and shared purpose--echoing broader conversations around mental wellness in idol culture and everyday life. |

Workshop will begin with short explanation of mindfulness and end with questions and short discussion. Join in person or virtually. Drop in when you can, can come late and leave early if needed.
