Tools to Thrive workshop series provides practical skills and strategies to enhance productivity and well-being. Mindfulness: Explore techniques for integrating mindfulness into daily life and its benefits for reducing stress.

AS+K Suicide Prevention Gatekeeper Training

Did you know suicide is a leading cause of death across multiple age groups, and is the second leading cause of death for ages 20-34?  We'll discuss risk factors, protective factors, and warning signs related to suicide and how to connect to care if you think someone may be struggling. Participants will learn about on-campus and community resources for mental health and well-being.
