The goal of this class is to better equip students with tools and techniques to manage stress, enhance their mood, and develop a stronger sense of self-awareness and resilience. Students will be introduced to Mindfulness and how practicing Mindfulness can be one of various methods of practicing self-care.
Location- Cedar Valley Campus, Virtual
This event is hosted by Dallas College Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS). CAPS provides free mental health counseling services to Dallas College students.
